CineVerse AI does not require an account and has no custom backend or database. All movie and TV data is fetched live from the TMDb API.
What stays on your device
Bookmarks, favorites, recently viewed titles, search history, and your theme preference are stored using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
Third parties
Movie, TV, and person data is provided by TMDb. Trailers are embedded from YouTube when you choose to play them. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on their data practices.
Analytics
If deployed with analytics enabled (e.g. via your hosting provider), only aggregate, anonymized usage data is collected — never linked to bookmarks or search history stored locally on your device.
